Main Objective
Ensure the successful integration of future acquisitions of Le Collectionist, putting the acquired companies in the best conditions to achieve their objectives over the next 24 months in terms of revenue, EBITDA and synergy activation.
Help former acquisitions to complete their integration and achieve their full synergy potential.
Main Responsibilities
The Head of Synergy and Integration operates as a platform to coordinate all integration related activities.
He is responsible for:
designing a strategy to reach objectives set by the Executive Committee (Codir)
defining synergie objectives
building an execution / activation plan
allocating resources / defining spending level
ensuring integration execution and synergies’ activation while respecting the planned budget
Integration Management
Preliminary Phase
Understand key issues for integration and challenge them: collect and challenge the outputs from Due Diligence & M&A team
Align key DD stakeholders on integration setup and fundamentals
Formalize integration vision
Integration / synergy activation planning
Establish a governance structure and reporting mechanisms in collaboration with the acquired company
Build Integration or Synergy activation roadmap
Review synergy objectives thanks to Due Diligence insights
Estimate cost of activation to monitor initiatives’ ROI (ex. incentives for clients, incentives for teams, etc.) and build a dedicated PnL
Execution
Coordinate and follow-up initiatives between the different functions
Implement financial and operational monitoring tools to ensure effective integration or synergy activation while controlling costs (focus on dedicated synergy PnL)
Make regular reports on the progress of projects, in coordination with the management of the target company and the management committee of the Collectionist
Monitor project budgets and update quarterly forecasts

Position based in Paris.
4-5 years of experience in strategy or organization consulting (at manager or senior consultant level)
Fluency in English at a bilingual level
