Descriptif du poste

The International Marketing Team’s main mission is to contribute to the international commercial development, by conceiving and deploying high quality tools and services, valorising Securities, Real Estate and ESG/Impact expertise.

The International Marketing Manager will coordinate projects to support the commercial actions (outside French market) working with all business lines (International Sales Team, Investment Team, Compliance,…) thanks to creativity, financial expertise, and commercial sense.

Creation of marketing materials · Creation, improvement et regular updates of marketing supports for International Sales Team (presentation, teaser, key selling points, white papers, …) on securities and real estate products (LFSAM, LFAM and LFRE and other boutiques) and expertise at Group level for B2B/B2B2C clients

· Creation of specific presentations (content and format) for events / client meetings / conference calls for International Sales Team on securities and real estate products (LFSAM, LFAM and LFRE and other boutiques) and expertise at Group level for B2B/B2B2C clients taking into account the client’s profile and level of product understanding

· Creation of marketing campaign trough HubSpot

Designing product related content

· Creation and editing of product related content for International Sales Team on securities and real estate products (LFSAM, LFAM and LFRE and other boutiques) and expertise at Group level for digital use (videos, motion designs, …)

· Creation and editing of product related content (product editorial / advertorial) for International Sales Team on securities and real estate products (LFSAM, LFAM and LFRE and other boutiques) and expertise at Group level for International Media (online and offline) and International online platforms

Designing graphic format

· Creation of new graphic format for marketing supports (presentation, flyer, infographic, newsletter, invitation, …) for International Sales on securities and real estate products (LFSAM, LFAM and LFRE and other boutiques) and expertise at Group level for B2B/B2B2C clients

· Improvement of graphic format for marketing supports used (presentation, flyer, infographic, newsletter, …) for International Sales Team on securities and real estate products (LFSAM, LFAM and LFRE and other boutiques) and


Profil recherché

· Business School or university degree (financial specialization)

· At least 2 years experiences in asset management / financial industry ideally on equivalent position

· Good knowledge of financial / real estate products

· Spoken and written skills in English; French mandatory. Another European language (German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel), Canva and HubSpot

· Excellent organization and time management skills, attention to detail, rigor, and a strong sense of personal responsibility

· Ability to look beyond the tasks assigned, take ownership of projects and make suggestions on how to improve the marketing role

· Strong communication skills, team spirit, assertiveness, curiosity and adaptability
