Coordinate and manage the progress of ONE HR Program in terms of planning, budget, quality, risks and action plans.

Roll Out Strategy & Update:

  • Build/Update/Contribute to the rollout strategy and the corresponding roadmap
  • Define/update/fine tune the RACI (between integrator, central team, wave team, local team, HRIS Team, other external companies, etc.)

Project Management Methodology, with support of the PMO:

  • Identify and implement the relevant Project Management methodologies and ensure the upskilling of the Project Team
  • Define and maintain standard monitoring tools for the project (Mid-term plan, RAID Log, One Pager, documents repository on Teams, internal communication tools…)
  • Synthetize the project management deliverables (planning, budget, risk) for reporting and decision-making with top management in close collaboration with Project Director, alert when deviation
    Alert if needed in order to identify & recommend adaptations if relevant
  • Facilitate Knowledge Management by organizing / facilitating / encouraging REX sessions & sharing the learning points widely
  • Plan and prepare key transversal Workshops and Governance Meetings, including on content-topics (such as Testing, Data Migration, Go-No Go…)

Governance, Arbitration & Decision Making:

  • Facilitate team meetings when relevant; capitalize and shares the outputs
  • Communicate to all project team members, with the ecosystem / stakeholders
  • Facilitate active cooperation and feedback within the team, with the interdependent projects together with the Project Director
  • Arbitrate, take decisions on his/her level, or propose for validation when needed, proposes action plans
  • Define/update the criteria of success for each key step of the project (ex : Go/ No Go criteria)
  • Make the governance evolve

Staffing & Team Coordination :

  • Define/Update Criteria of Success for the external companies and leads their evaluation (impacting bonus/malus)
  • Coordinates the external Staffing incl. the changes (define/validate the needs with the Core team, build the RFP, contact the external providers, select the candidates, coordinates the feedbacks etc.)
  • Validate the request of additional mandays in the team
  • Define, request and find for the right external resources when needed (resources estimation, description of the missions, RFP built, provider selection, consultants selection etc.)
  • Onboard the new comers in the team
  • Take care of the team, alert in case of difficulties, propose solutions

  • Strong Project Management Experience
  • Have the ability to cooperate in a complex environment
  • Experience in Agile with Digital, IT and innovative tools

And to be fully fluent in English, speaking and writing

  • HR experience is a real plus
