In his role, what would be your main challenges:

Designing and following the implementation of IT solutions that meet our group architecture best practices regarding data integration.

Engaging with our business partners to understand functional requirements & analyze technical impacts.

Ensuring coordination and coherence of end-to-end architectures from the project study phase to implementation in collaboration with project and run teams.

In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

Within the Beauty Tech organization, the Business Integration Domain is part of the Finance IT department, dedicated in designing, implementing, and monitoring the multiple & complex data flows mainly for Finance EPM solutions. 

We oversee data preparation & data distribution to Beauty Tech Data Platform and all business platforms. 

As a transversal team, we work closely with the domains of the department and with our business teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and respond efficiently to user needs with an end-to-end vision.  

We operate both in project and in run mode.

As a Business Integration Analyst, and after a structured on-boarding program that allows you to develop your skills on our tools and methods, you will be responsible for the following missions: 

• Implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the functional urbanization of the Finance Information System (IS)

• Qualification and modelling of all business processes: functional architecture, activity diagrams

• Establishment of business cases, including simplification, rationalization, and definition of the target architecture

• Support for all projects impacting the Finance IS

• Technological watch related to functional modelling of business processes

You will be responsible for the functional architecture of the Finance IS and will be required to: 

• Share with the Finance & Legal teams the evolution of the functional architecture

• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team in the development of the IS Strategy

• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of business processes

• Work closely with the application architect of the Ops&Fin platform

• Perform tests and validations to ensure that solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards

💡 In this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

• +5 years experience in the same position

• Master’s degree in finance, computer science, or a related field

• Significant experience as a business integration analyst, functional architect, or similar role. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of finance and financial systems.

• Strong teamwork skills as collaboration is the foundation of our ways of working

• Robust communication skills because you will be at the heart of IT/business interactions
