Kyriba is looking for a professional  Principal DevOps Engineer who wants to join our unique project with the highly professional team and be involved into tremendous innovation activities and for whom Quality is not just a word. We appreciate new ideas, like challenges, fully dedicated to quality and addicted to success! The Principal Architect will be dedicated to our “Formats” components that are a set of services in charge of converting external data structure coming from Banks or ERPs to Kyriba internal data structure.

Team structure:

The development team is located in France, Poland and Belarus. The project is stable, has well-defined processes and challenging tasks. Continuous improvements and Innovations are always welcome. The team consists of 200+ motivated, dynamic and highly talented developers, testers and managers. The development processes are Agile SCRUM/KANBAN based.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Contribute to the adoption of a DevOps culture within Engineering
  • Design and drive our new GitOps and Kubernetes adoption strategy for the different Kyriba components. The strategy will allow engineers to deploy in an efficient and controlled way their software services in our multiple platforms (from integration to production)
  • Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Iac)
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects and Engineering teams to design the services and infrastructure requirements taking into consideration Quality of Service (HA, DR, response time) and infrastructure/operational costs
  • Attend the agile ceremonies for the functional engineering teams you are working with
  • Enable and coach engineering teams by sharing your knowledge, mentoring engineers on cloud engineering best practices
  • Enable engineering teams to properly implement monitoring and alerting
  • Improve our developers experience and efficiency
  • Active monitoring of the market trends and new technologies that could be useful to Kyriba
  • Active in continuous improvement of the process, methodologies, technologies and practices
  • Last but not least: learn new stuff and continuously work on personal improvement

    • Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of cloud engineering experience
  • Excellent knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of the following technical products and/or frameworks
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • AWS
  • ArgoCD
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to structure development plan in conjunction with other development teams and product management
  • Ability to learn business logic
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban Experience
