Join Kyriba as a Business Development Representative (BDR)!
As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying prospects, building relationships, and presenting Kyriba’s unique business value. You’ll connect with potential clients through both marketing campaigns and your own outreach, engaging them in meaningful conversations about their Treasury operations and uncovering their needs.
Key Tasks:
Educate contacts about their Treasury operations and Kyriba’s solutions.
Speak confidently about Treasury concepts and Kyriba’s offerings.
Qualify prospects based on their stage in the buying process.
Nurture non-qualified leads with resources and educational materials.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, ads, events, and webinars.
Perform high-volume outbound calls and email outreach.
Update Salesforce with key prospect information for your territory.
Grow product knowledge through ongoing training and self-learning.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and insights.
Build strong relationships with sales executives in your territory.
Provide qualified, sales-ready opportunities to the field sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year professional experience or sales internship preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluent French and Italian is a must
Proven success in inside sales or cold calling is a plus
Comfortable with high outbound call volume and talk time
Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn complex Treasury concepts and apply them in conversations
Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
