Full time -_ **_London area** - £50k OTE (fix £35/40k)
Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outbound activities, targeting potential clients and initiating contact
Conduct research to identify and define ideal customer profiles (personas) for effective prospecting
Optimize time and effort and focus on high-potential leads
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, representing Kiln in an engaging manner
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Kiln’s products, their features, and their benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers
Continuous improvement
Continuously refine outbound messaging and processes
Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM system
Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Skills & Background
1+ year of Sales Dev / SDR experience in a SaaS company
Experience in a blockchain or crypto company (internships included)
C1 English minimum + working visa to work from the UK
