iBanFirst is a leading fintech firm based within the deliverable foreign exchange (FX) industry, known for its cutting-edge payment solutions and client-centric approach. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic FX Sales Executive to help drive continued growth. The role involves a 360-degree approach, encompassing research, prospecting, client acquisition, onboarding, and initial account management.

As an FX Sales Executive at iBanFirst, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing prospective clients. This is a challenging but rewarding role, providing opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.

What you will do

Research and prospecting:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.- Develop a strategic approach for identifying and prospecting new clients.

Cold calling and client acquisition:- Initiate and manage cold-calling campaigns to introduce potential clients to our services.- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.- Present our currency management and payment solutions persuasively.- Negotiate and close deals to onboard new clients.

Onboarding process:- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our platform.- Provide clients with comprehensive information about our products and services.- Address client inquiries and concerns during the onboarding phase.

Initial client management:- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction.- Stay updated on market developments.- Collaborate with research and trading teams to enhance the client experience.

What do you bring?

  • Proven experience in sales or Sales Development Representative (SDR) functions.
  • Knowledge of the foreign exchange markets and trading platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent cold-calling and client acquisition skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Familiarity with deliverable FX market regulations and compliance (preferred).
