Don’t hesitate, come and join the Kiliba Sales School! The Sales team is looking to strengthen its team of Business Developers:
As a Business Developer, you’ll be working on a variety of projects to help Kiliba grow and develop.
Your missions if you accept them:
Create and nurture your own lead pipeline (outband) in line with sales objectives via your own hunting and account lists generated by our growth ops.
Identify the decision-makers for each prospect and understand their needs, so you can schedule your appointments (around 8/10 per week) and sell them our revolutionary tool: Kiliba is plug & play, meaning it’s done in 15 minutes (yes, we’re a bit of a magician at Kiliba 🧞♂️).
Manage the sales cycle through to closing. Once the deal is closed, your customer will pass into the hands of our superb CSMs.
For most of your deals, you’ll be accompanied by your Team Lead (Justin, David or Pierre).
On certain high value-added deals, you can also request the presence of the Head of sales (Antoine) or one of the co-founders (Amaury or Arnaud) to learn from the best. The aim is for you to be totally autonomous on your meetings and become a top performer. 🔓

About your team and your manager 👫👫
Head of Sales Antoine is Kiliba’s first salesman. For the little story, Antoine phoned his first prospects alone in a 100m2 room where there was only a desk and a small chair (no, he wasn’t being punished, he did it of his own free will). He’ll be there to give you all the keys so you can let your inner dirty roar. 🦁
You’ll work in a team of 20 salespeople. Competitiveness, fun, mutual aid and performance will be the rhythm of your days.
Amaury & Arnaud, entrepreneurs, but above all Sales to the bone and emailing experts, will also be on hand to pass on their expertise and know-how.
Skills required for this position (psst, no need to check all the boxes):
You’re a hunter at heart, and business development appeals to you
Your motivations: resilience, a taste for challenge, determination and learning
You have excellent communication skills: active listening, empathy, synthesis and the ability to project yourself and your interlocutor
You speak and write French perfectly and you speak the language of Shakespeare or hablas la idioma de Don Quijote. We’re starting to open up internationally.
You want to develop your skills in a fast-growing company
You know how to be adaptable and patient - “good things come to those who wait”.

Experience
You have at least some initial sales experience
