Coordinator/Associate manager customer service

We will be very happy to welcome you in our European Distribution Center team of 5 people in Saran, France (45).

In this role, you will be the main contact for our customers of a dedicated channel (internal, EU, Export, UK). You will have the opportunity to manage their orders from the receiving to the delivery. You will ensure that customers receive an excellent service and your contribution will help enhance their satisfaction.

Internally, you will work remotely with the international team based in Paris (supply teams, sales, marketing…) and with the global operation team based in San Francisco, USA.

Responsibilities:

-         Optimize the OTIF (on time and in full rate) of the orders, considering the customer needs, the inventory, the allocations, the upcoming product arrivals, the distribution center capacity and the transportation plan.

-         Inform our customers of the products’ availability

-         Process the orders in our ERP and send them to our third-party logistic WMS

-         Coordinate the picking and packing with the distribution center

-         Prepare the shipping documents

-         Organize the transportation with the carriers

-         Track the delivery to the final delivery location

-         Manage the claims


Profil recherché

-         Fluent in English and French

-         Good communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)

-         Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and especially Excel (mandatory)

-         BA or BS (Bac+2/+3) in logistic and/or international trade appreciated

-         Prior experience in this role is a plus but a beginner candidate able to demonstrate motivation, curiosity, adaptability, good learning skills and commitment to our values (Kendo and LVMH) is also appreciated

-         Highly organized and proactive problem-solver
