Your job mission at Kameleoon

Kameleoon is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join the team and help bring our new identity to life across all touchpoints.

This is a unique opportunity to join right after a complete rebranding, and help shape the visual voice of a European tech company growing across France, Germany, the UK, and North America. You’ll be the first design hire to join our Senior Brand & UX Designer and help create beautiful, consistent, and strategic visuals, from marketing campaigns and product launches to internal tools and sales materials.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye, a proactive mindset, and the ambition to grow. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to make ideas shine and bring stories to life through design.

This is a full-time permanent role (CDI) based in Paris, with up to 2 remote days per week.

What you’ll actually do:

- Design for marketing: campaign assets, social content, eBooks, events, newsletters, etc.

- Support product marketing: visual support for feature launches and product updates

- Create internal materials: decks, product sheets, sales enablement docs

- Apply and expand our new visual identity across all media and formats

- Work closely with the Senior Brand Designer, marketing team, and content team

- Collaborate across international teams (France, Germany, UK, North America)

- Contribute ideas, maintain consistency, and help raise the visual bar


Who we’re looking for

- 1–2 years of experience in brand or graphic design

- Great portfolio showing visual design skills, consistency, and creativity

- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Bonus: some experience with motion design tools like After Effects

- You’re a self-learner — curious, proactive, and always looking to sharpen your skills or try new tools

- You have a doer mindset — you like to move things forward, especially when surrounded by a clear direction, helpful feedback, and shared goals

- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

- Good communicator in English (a must — many of our projects are international)

- You enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive team culture where everyone grows together
