About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be joining the Account Management team and will have the responsibility to manage some of our strategic customers in the financial industry, driving the growth of our product within each account and making sure to make them benefit the most from our solutions and services.
You will have a central position in our overall sales organization, making the link between business development efforts, solution delivery and customer success management. More specifically, you’ll be partnering with our Customer Success Management team in order to grow the loyalty of our strategic customers.
What you’ll do
Grow the value of our product by developing plans to extend the features deployed and the overall value of your customer portfolio
Expand the deployment of Jooxter throughout all the different entities of your customer portfolio (independent entities, subsidiaries, etc.)
Build long term relationships with the key contacts of your customer portfolio in order to strengthen loyalty
Secure contract renewals with all strategic accounts of your customer portfolio
What you will need
6+ years of experience managing the B2B commercial relationship of Enterprise-type and Strategic-type customers
Proven track record of driving growth to a customer portfolio
Experience in a fast paced environment, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment : you’re at ease with being hands-on, delivering results fast and operating in ambiguous environments
Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, partners and internal colleagues
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Autonomy & proactivity : able to work independently and go beyond what’s expected
Fluency in French and English is a must, additional european language is a true plus
