Your Mission

The HR Manager will report to the Legal & Compliance Director. This role provides a significant opportunity to work with the Leadership team, have a direct impact at each stage of the employee lifecycle and be at the heart of Indeez people’s development and growth. Working closely with key stakeholders, the role will focus on three pillars:

  1. Recruitment
  2. Talent Development
  3. People administration

In doing so you will:

  • Design and implement HR strategies and processes aligned with the business needs
  • Lead and execute talent acquisition and retention in partnership with the leadership team
  • Oversee and manage the people milestones during the year (performance appraisals, talent discussions, etc.)
  • Run the HR day to day on field by managing all aspects of personnel administration through the entire employee lifecycle
  • Monitor monthly payroll with our external payroll providers
  • Ensure legal compliance with social and labor regulations (especially Syntec industry agreement and CSE)
  • Advise senior leadership on HR best practices and provide decision support through verifiable metrics
  • Nurture a positive working environment

Profil recherché

What you will bring

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR expert, you are looking for a generalist role with the willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written
  • A proactive, organized, resourceful and high energy individual with a proven record of driving change
  • A strong desire to help people, effectively manage stakeholders, and build a great place to work
  • In-depth knowledge of French labour law (the SYNTEC industry agreement would be a plus), with experience in building core People processes, policies and improvements
