⭐️ We need you ⭐️

Joining the Customer Success team, you will contribute to the development of this central department, dedicated to the satisfaction of all our customers across the world.

Your mission : help us scale our processes & improve the quality of service

You will work on various projects, with the whole CS team (6 persons in France, 1 in the US)
& in coordination with many other departments, to:

★ Manage the clients reporting

★ Scale our current process and documentation, & keep our beloved clients happy

★ Offer innovative ideas to improve the newly “Heart Failure” solution

★ Handle the billing and logistics aspects of the “Heart Failure” activity

★ Bring your inputs on transversal projects that contribute to the company development (lead generation, data analysis, research, etc.)

6 months internship (Start June/July)
Or
1 year apprenticeship (Start end of summer)

🥈 Background & hard skills

  • You are in a Engineering School / University or Business School / University, and definitely target the Health industry
  • A 1st relevant experience would be great, but not mandatory
  • Your speak perfectly French (bilingual) and your English is GOOD ! You’ll definitely daily use it
  • You are IT agile (Excel, Slack, Notion, CRM tool such as Airtable, etc.)
  • You have a strong interest for the Health & Innovation industry

🥇 Soft skills

  • True obsession for customers, confidentiality, conflict resolution, patience, diplomacy
  • Strong prioritization, organizational & time management skills
  • Natural ability to multi-task / Flexible
  • You’re looking to prove you can work autonomously, and address challenging clients / issues
  • True work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty and fairness

👍🏻 Remuneration & Benefits

  • For an internship, you’ll get 1 000€ / month
    For an apprenticeship, you’ll get the legal salary
  • Luncheon voucher: 9€ (50% employer)
  • Transport: 50% of your pass OR sustainable mobility pass (37,5€ / month)
  • For an internship: 1 paid day off per month (= 6 paid days off for this internship)
    For an apprenticeship, legal vacations
