Joining the Customer Success team, you will contribute to the development of this central department, dedicated to the satisfaction of all our customers across the world.
Your mission : help us scale our processes & improve the quality of service
You will work on various projects, with the whole CS team (6 persons in France, 1 in the US)
& in coordination with many other departments, to:
★ Manage the clients reporting
★ Scale our current process and documentation, & keep our beloved clients happy
★ Offer innovative ideas to improve the newly “Heart Failure” solution
★ Handle the billing and logistics aspects of the “Heart Failure” activity
★ Bring your inputs on transversal projects that contribute to the company development (lead generation, data analysis, research, etc.)
6 months internship (Start June/July)
