Job description

Your Missions:

Administrative sales management / Monitoring of customer receivables:

  • Allocation of customer payments to prepare and ensure reliability of customer balances.
  • Centralize information relating to customer delays and unpaid bills (disputes, economic difficulties, credit requests).
  • Optimize receivables to improve risk quality, reduce DSO and maintain our commercial position.
  • Communicate information relating to customer delays and unpaid debts to all recovery stakeholders (credit manager, administrative and financial manager, sales force, account managers).
  • Send additional information to customers (payment schedules, payment certificate, invoice duplicate) via our tools.
  • Management of debts to be collected: amicable reminders (telephone + email).
  • Monitoring recovery procedures, pre-litigation files and formal notices.
  • Ensure the processing of requests from our external collection agency as well as the sending of new files.
  • Ensure the monitoring of actions to be carried out by recovery stakeholders (issue of credit notes, handling of disputes, protocols of agreement, etc.).

General Administration:

  • Document digitization and archive management.
  • Mail sorting.

Your profile:

  • Hold a Bac+2 with initial business experience.
  • Good customer relations, comfortable on the phone.
  • Rigorous and serious.
  • Experience with Excel and Google sheets.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Duration and nature of the contract: 6-month full-time internship.
