Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your essential job duties are the following:
• Enriching and updating Database
• Editing Visa invitation letters
• Sending guest invitations
• Following individual registrations
• Assisting with recurrent multiple administrative tasks
• Dealing with the mails, packets of the team
• Buying office supplies when needed
• Overseeing on-site activities during congresses, including registration, delegates and
speakers assistance
• Following precise processes to ensure that the objectives established for each congress
are fulfilled
This position involves being rigorous, detail-oriented, flexible and independent • A-level / Baccalauréat • English speaker (fluent) and French speaker • Past experience in the medical industry or in congress organization is a plus • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Accounting acknowledgement would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure • Knowledge of InDesign, FileMaker would be a plus
