Key challenges of the team include scalability, quality, managing automated conversations, and preventing model hallucinations.

The engineering team focus on making brands conversational. This agile, multidisciplinary team is responsible for producing iAdvize solution using industry-leading architectures and processes.

Teams are organized into “swarms” of 6 to 15 members with diverse skills, managing specific product scopes. They use a Scrum framework with daily, weekly, and retro meetings for efficient coordination.

Knowledge sharing through mentoring, peer programming, and e-learning is central to their operation. The Engineering Career Path supports growth from Software Engineer to Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager, fostering a modern and pleasant work environment.

Initially, she worked on the iAdvize back-office and now focuses on messaging, including notifications, conversations, and chat.
