As Chief People Officer, you shape Hublo’s organization, culture and long-term performance. You ensure the company is structured, resourced and equipped to execute its strategy at scale.
You act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, balancing strategic vision with operational rigor across the full People scope — Talent Acquisition, HRBP, People Operations, Workplace and Employee Experience.
You build systems, develop leaders, and strengthen culture as we grow.
You join the Executive Committee and report directly to the CEO.
Define and execute a People strategy aligned with Hublo’s growth and M&A roadmap.
Partner with the CEO on organization design, workforce planning and succession.
Build and monitor a clear People dashboard (performance, engagement, attrition, cost).
Anticipate organizational and legal impacts of scaling and acquisitions.
Ensure high-quality social dialogue and compliant CSE processes.
Build a strong, business-oriented HRBP function.
Coach and challenge managers to elevate performance and autonomy.
Oversee employee relations and disciplinary matters with rigor and fairness.
Ensure full compliance with French labor law and Syntec.
Guarantee reliable payroll, HR administration and documentation.
Secure compliance on working time, benefits, GDPR and M&A readiness.
Strengthen HR systems, data quality and process scalability.
Lead a high-performing TA team balancing quality, speed and experience.
Anticipate hiring needs aligned with business priorities.
Strengthen Hublo’s employer brand and inclusive hiring practices.
Reinforce a culture of performance, trust and care.
Build a scalable Learning Engine (leadership enablement & IC growth).
Drive engagement, internal mobility and cultural consistency.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary People team.
Clarify ownership, impact expectations and performance standards.
Prepare the People organization for scale and post-M&A integration.
Proven experience as CPO / VP People in a 200+ employee tech scale-up.
15+ years in HR with full-spectrum ownership from strategy to execution.
Strong M&A experience (due diligence, integration, change management).
Business acumen with data-driven decision-making mindset.
Deep expertise in French labor law, Syntec and social dialogue.
Ability to challenge and influence executive stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English.
