As Okko’s Founding Sales you will work closely with our CEO Julien , you will be responsible for closing, executing our sales strategy, building our Sales team and will be at the heart of the company’s growth. Your added value will play a key role in building the future of Okko.
Your key responsibilities:
Grow revenue: we are early in our journey and we expect our Founding Sales to close with us our first 1m€ ARR. Lucky you, we already have plenty of hot leads.
Define and execute our Sales strategy: Identify ideal customer profil, communicate the best unique selling proposition, define sales channels and how will convert our prospects
Build our Sales team: recruit, train and manage a killer sales team
Work closely with our founders: increase the value we deliver to our customers by collaborating with all teams
Get S* done:** we are building our ambitious sales machine from scratch! So be ready to set-up our CRM, improve sales materials & collaterals and develop processes for sales.
What your timeline will look like:
First months: closing our first customers while defining our sales strategy with Julien
3~6 months target: Execute the sales strategy and start building the Sales team
12 months: Duplicate your sales strategy to new verticals or territories
You have 5+ years in B2B Sales focused on mid-market (Complex Sales cycle and mid-five and low-six figure Annual Contract Value) with strong outbound focus
Proven Sales track record: Demonstrate driving revenue growth (from individual contributor to manager)
Leadership skills: Ability to attract, manage and motivate high performer sales profile
Client-focused mindset: You find the best solution for your client/prospects and your driving force is their satisfaction
You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You want to rise faster than would be possible in any ‘normal’ career and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required
You love winning & hate losing and are happiest when working really hard and solving challenging problems/winning deals. You know this requires dedication & some sacrifice but you think it’s worth it
You have the gravitas to network with and sell to senior leadership (eg. CFOs, Procurement Leaders) and can either speak their language or have the ability to learn it fast
