Missions clés

Descriptif du poste

The Account Director is responsible for leading the relationships with a portfolio of international clients.

Mission & Responsibilities:

  • Have leadership in daily client relationship management as well as in the knowledge of the client
  • Support the development of revenues generated by your international client portfolio
  • Lead coordination across Havas markets and across Havas entities from the Village when neede
  • Contribute to the media strategy conception (paid, owned, earned, shared) and consistency between on/off leverages and client presentations
  • Formalize the briefs through the agency system the Platform
  • Coordinate and manage the BU’s teams (Expertise, Insights, Content consultants) to provide to client efficient and valuable media strategy recommendations and operations
  • Coordinate and support Local Bu teams in reaching objectives and achieving performance
  • Lead the meetings with clients and be responsible of the clients’ reports minutes
  • Follow up the clients’ cases
  • Supervise the clients’ media reports and ensure its consistency and alignment with initial objectives
  • Participate in pitches
  • Participate in all campaigns reviews & insights
  • Ensure the reconciliation of international campaigns with initial brief
  • Provide to the Global (Managing) Partner necessary information of her/his client portfolio for financial monthly update and P&L report
  • Have a clear view on the budget and investments per market when needed. FU of the investments and administrative process (quote, PO, etc)
  • Be a team partner of the creative agency

Previous experience & Industry background

  • 6+ years’ experience in client servicing or media strategy
  • Media Industry, Data Industry, Tech Industry

Qualifications & Languages

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
  • Languages: English (Fluent)
