We are looking for an engaged and passionate English speaking account executive to join our team in Paris. You will generate new business opportunities in the UK-US markets, working closely with our UK Market Lead, VP and our Head of Growth, across sales, business development and growth marketing.
You will be responsible of the full sell-cycle. This includes the following missions:
Identify prospects among Sustainability teams, and Operating teams (through cold outreach, participation in events, partnerships, personal network) and identify new business opportunities for the Climate School in the UK & US market
Engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges in sustainability, ESG, or corporate training, as well as budget, decision-makers, and timing
Lead the negotiations and prepare contracts in collaboration with the legal department
Collaborate with account managers to onboard and support clients
Stay informed on sustainability, climate adaptation and corporate training trends
Travels to the UK will be required
Native English-speaker
Hands-on work experience in sustainability, ESG and climate topics
Proven track record of successful sales negotiations
Motivation to work on staff and leadership training, e-learning, workshops and
Organised, self-starter and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
University degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development and client engagement
