The Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and highly organized Planning & Coordination Manager to join our dedicated team serving a major client in the luxury sector. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution, strategic alignment, and optimized performance of media campaigns across multiple European markets. The successful candidate will act as a central hub for coordination, driving efficiency, maintaining the highest quality standards, and contributing directly to the achievement of client objectives within a high-stakes, brand-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the Director to strategically shape and refine client media strategy and service offerings, ensuring full alignment with the agreed scope of work and the unique demands of the luxury market.
  • Campaign Orchestration (EUR Markets): Lead the end-to-end coordination of media campaign delivery, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting across all European (EUR) markets, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Performance Management: Proactively manage campaign execution, prioritize team activities, conduct diligent spot checks of reports, and drive continuous optimization efforts to consistently meet and exceed client volume, efficiency, and brand safety targets.
  • Local Team Enablement: Provide expert guidance, support, and resources to local market teams throughout the plan development, implementation, and execution phases of campaigns, fostering best practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Accountability: Maintain ultimate accountability for the impeccable quality of campaign delivery, client communications, and all reporting outputs, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by a luxury client.
  • Meeting Leadership: Facilitate and lead key internal and external status meetings, ensuring clear assignment of action items, diligent follow-through, and timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate top-level campaign performance updates to the client, maintaining transparency, building trust, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor established delivery processes and actively identify, propose, and implement innovative opportunities for process refinement, efficiency gains, and performance enhancement.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in media planning, buying, or account management, gained within either an agency or client-side environment. Demonstrable international media exposure, particularly within European markets, is highly valued.

Language Proficiency:

French: Fluency (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.

English: Business professional proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.

Luxury & Media Passion: A demonstrated passion for and deep understanding of the luxury brand landscape, coupled with a keen awareness of global media trends and innovation.

Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets, identify actionable insights, and drive data-backed recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Proactive & Collaborative: A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work. Eager to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute positively to a dynamic, multicultural team environment.

Platform Experience: Prior experience utilizing global campaign management platforms is a significant plus.

Recruitment Process

  • Case study: A case study will be proposed to assess your technical skills related to the position. A debriefing will be offered.
