What we do at Business Intelligence
The BI team plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across AVIV Group. We specialize in transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams to make informed and strategic decisions.
The primary objective of the BI team is to equip key departments, such as HR, Finance, Management, and Pricing, with data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, and support overall business performance. We achieve this by implementing automated systems for monitoring critical KPIs such as company's core metrics, including objectives and key results (OKRs) and financial performance. In addition to ongoing KPI monitoring, the BI team conducts in-depth analyses, such as evaluating trends in financial performance and pricing strategies. We provide easy-to-access dashboards, along with both ad-hoc and comprehensive analyses, enabling stakeholders to track, assess, and act on key insights to optimize outcomes across the organisation.
