* Map customer journeys and analyze competitor strategies.
* Support development and management of current digital tools and websites for 3
countries CZ, SK, BG
* Test and validate the UX/UI of new global applications to ensure functionality and user-friendliness
* Refine customer personas and support content strategy.
* Analyze data, create reports, and improve customer experience.
* Manage tickets in JIRA and ensure data/document accuracy on digital tools.
* Collaborate across Czech and French teams to align strategies.
* 2yrs working half time on similar positions related to digital marketing or investment funds/digital field
* University degree 2nd level, economic or marketing field
* Tech savvy, interest in digital apps/online world & marketing in general, interest in investments,
* Being independent and highly self-motivated is essential
* Written and spoken English at C1 level
* Ability to simplify complex concepts
* Attention to detail
* Creativity
* Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to improve tools
* Ability to learn, search for information, and use AI
