In the frame of Amundi Luxembourg's Client Servicing department, and more specifically in the Distribution Support team, we are looking for a: Fund Distribution Support Trainee (M/F).

Missions:
The Client Servicing department's main mission is to support the commercial development of the Group providing on a daily basis to our clients with outstanding operational and administrative support monitoring the respect of group procedures.
Our Distribution Support team is the group's backbone for the Third Party Fund Distribution activity.

Their main tasks are:

• Monitoring Client request, providing administrative and operational support
• Coordination of Clients onboarding
• Coordination of Distribution Agreement setup
• Keeping our distributors' AML/KYC directories up to date to constantly comply with regulatory requirements
• The Fund Distribution Support Trainee will assist all team members in their daily activities and provide the needed support in order to meet our internal and external Clients' expectations.

Profile:

• Master 1/2, for example Business School
• Good command of English and fluent French
• Knowledge of financial markets and products
• At ease with Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well organized, dynamic, takes initiative, sense of communication, insight, discretion and flexibility

Duration: 6 to 12 months
