The HR team plays an important role to help Greenly scale in an efficient & constructive way. 🌱 You will work hand in hand with the Head of HR and be co-responsible for our talent acquisition & employee experience initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership for other projects, part of the Greenly HR Mission:

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Help our managers identify the kind of talent they need, and where to find them 🔎

• Communicate to make Greenly’s employer brand stronger (working with our Marketing colleagues)

• Interview candidates and get them excited about Greenly

• Structure the talent acquisition process by setting up an Applicant Tracking System 🎖️

• Represent Greenly at job fairs with our hiring teams

• Participate in the development of onboarding & training plans 🚀

• Answer employee questions and solve employee requests

• Boost wellbeing at Greenly by taking initiatives that benefit the employee experience

• Identify any other opportunities to make the HR team, or Greenly better! 👍

You are the candidate we are looking for: ✨

• You have a BAC +3/4

• You are fluent in French & English

• You have a strong passion for finding (& talking to) great talents and making our workplace fun & successful
