In close collaboration with our Product and Delivery teams 🤝 you will be in charge of streamlining operations and feeding the product roadmap to help us drive our scalability and gross margin upwards 🚀

• Operations & Processes Management :

  • Participate in process design and optimisation efforts.

  • Defining key metrics & results to scale Greenly’s delivery operations.

• Product Roadmap Management :

  • Manage delivery roadmaps to ensure continuous progress in productivity & scalability to ensure scalability and gross margin optimisation.

  • Monitor team progress by establishing rituals and analysing performance.

• Cross-team alignment :

  • Align teams on product strategy by providing visibility across functions on roadmap, facilitating collaboration, and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Work with sales / account management team and delivery team to ensure streamline processes and conducting in-depth performance analyses within ops teams.

  • Work with our Climate Expert department to optimise product adoption, identify process improvement opportunities, and enhance customer autonomy by customer tiers and product offerings.

  • Work with the Product Team to identify product features and process improvements to ease delivery flow and improve product scalability.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience successfully leading product operations at a scaling company before.

• Analytical leadership. You know that data (business insights including engagement and revenue but also customer and market insights) are the light that leads.

• Process optimisation. Experience designing and implementing process optimisation initiatives.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 🤝

• Proficiency English 🇬🇧 is crucial, French is a big plus.

• Passion for combating climate change 🌱
