We’re looking for a Growth Manager passionate about climate change and building companies to join the team.

As a Growth Manager, you are responsible for the growth of our B2B products, APIs used by retailers and banks. Focusing heavily on improvements you can make to the acquisition, onboarding and retention of users and customers.

Joining a small climate-tech startup, you will have a huge impact on the success of the company and you will have great autonomy to make it happen.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead efforts on user acquisition and retention, both inside and outside of the product.

  • Define and implement the B2B acquisition strategies (SEO, email outreach…).

  • Make improvements to the website and landing pages.

  • Create content such as emails or social media posts.

  • Identify small product improvements that can impact customer satisfaction.

Coordinate communications between teams and partners

  • Identify and share global insights based on analytics with the team.

  • Make sure communication about each new feature is properly implemented on the website and shared on social media and through emails.

  • Build and manage partnerships to help us create content and communicate.


Profil recherché

You are the candidate we are looking for if you tick these boxes:

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a growth marketing position.

  • You have experience working on B2B products.

  • Excellent analytical skills: You are data-centric and know how to implement ideas based on data insights.

  • You’re a great communicator, and you’re completely bilingual. You’ll communicate with French people and international people.

  • You’re both rigorous and creative, you like having ideas, seeing them through, and measuring their impact

  • You’re more than familiar with the following tool categories: newsletter tools (ex: Mailchimp), email outreach tools (ex: lemlist), landing page tools (ex: Webflow), automation tools (ex: Zapier), design tools (ex: Figma) and have strong knowledge in digital marketing (PPC, Paid Social, remarketing, SEO, etc).

  • You are an excellent team player, you love to solve problems and work closely with co-founders in the company to drive the performance of paid channels.

  • Ambitious, you feel at home in a start-up and fast-paced environment

  • Ultimately, you want to fight against climate change

A big plus if you tick these boxes too:

  • You have experience working on B2C products.

  • You are a visual content creator.
