Jean-Louis started coding at six and never stopped. His passion for Big Data and AI led him to become VP of Research at OVHcloud, where he focused on scaling innovation. Frustrated by how complex and inaccessible AI remained, he founded Gladia to make it fast, simple, and available to all developers, not just tech giants. At Gladia, he’s building a culture where everyone has a voice, trust is foundational, and impact matters more than titles or pedigree. For Jean-Louis, Gladia is more than a product, it’s a mission to redefine what AI can be.

Rencontrez Anna, Marketing Lead

Anna is Gladia’s Marketing Lead. She joined in 2023 as Content Marketing Manager, when there was no product yet but a strong technical vision she believed in. With a background in AI, gaming, and XR, and degrees from IE Law School and Sciences Po, Anna brings both creative and strategic thinking to her role. She now leads Gladia’s marketing across content, growth, brand, and product. Her team drives awareness, supports sales, and helps the market understand the value of AI audio infrastructure by working closely with technical experts.

Rencontrez Sami, Head of Engineering

Sami is Gladia’s Head of Engineering. He joined in 2022 drawn by the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI rather than settle into a big corporate structure. A graduate of the CS school 42, he previously held roles as Tech Lead at Medtech startup TooBeeb and as a software engineer in early-stage companies. At Gladia, he leads a fast-moving tech team structured around infra, build, and run squads. Sami focuses on building scalable, high-performance systems, shaping engineering culture, and aligning tech with real user needs. He’s passionate about giving developers a plug-and-play experience to access world-class AI without the complexity.

Meet Constant, Head of Sales

Constant is Gladia’s Head of Sales. Before joining, he led sales at Crowdcube and was part of the team at Screen, which was later acquired by Datadog. He joined Gladia to help scale one of the most promising AI infrastructure companies in Europe. Today, Gladia serves over 1200 customers, including 60+ enterprise accounts like Method Financial and Aircall and has grown into a multi-million ARR business. Constant’s role spans go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team.He’s focused on creating repeatable systems that drive results while staying close to the product and market.

Gladia was founded in 2022 by Jean-Louis Quéguiner, former VP Research & Innovation @OVHcloud, with a mission to help companies leverage cutting-edge AI and retrieve actionable insights from audio data.

We just raised $16M in Series A from top investors, including XAnge, Illuminate Financial, XTX Ventures to build the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platform.

Our raison d’être is to empower any voice-first companies enabling them to easily integrate our transcription capabilities into their products, regardless of language, industry, or tech stack.

In October 2024, we launched a fully multilingual real-time transcription and analytics engine that will reshape the transcription space enabling our clients (center solutions, note-taking assistant and meeting recorder) to seamlessly create exceptional user experiences.

We firmly believe that real-time AI represents the next frontier, poised to transform a multitude of industries.

At Gladia, we truly believe in fostering freedom and ownership in how we organize our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in France or from our offices in Paris and Rennes. As our team expands, we hold off-sites and team meet-ups twice a quarter to facilitate communication and innovation, strengthen our connections and celebrate our achievements.

What to expect?

Team Daily: Every morning from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. to share quick updates on ongoing tasks and gain a macro view of our projects together.

Retro: Alternating with KS, this meeting invites everyone to reflect on the past two weeks and share feedback across various themes.

D-Briefs: On the last Wednesday of each month, we review strategy, key figures, and HR decisions, and answer team questions.
