Mission

We are looking for a BI analyst to join our existing Ops team and report directly to the COO.
You will be in charge of collecting, structuring and analyzing relevant data from each department of the company by setting up the necessary tools and processes. Your work will allow a better visibility on the company’s key performance metrics and will facilitate good decision making.

By joining our team, you will:

• Extract data from different data sources (our products’ databases, CRM, Customer Success tools, finance tools such as Xero, Hubspot, Grafana etc.).
• Transform the data thanks to your SQL skills.
• Load this data into Tableau software in an automated way whenever it is possible, and build the right process to industrialize this step when automation is impossible.
• Proactively help decision makers of each department by sharing your insights. Use your understanding of all business functions to provide meaningful reports.
• Deliver structured, synthetized, and understandable Tableau dashboards.
• Always question the relevance and veracity of the source of your data before processing them thanks to your analytical mind
• Be at the heart of the company with a global view of all its departments, which will make your position and deliverables very strategic!

• Degree in engineering
• 4 years of previous experience in a position manipulating data
• Understanding of SQL concepts
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details!
• Perspicacity and pragmatism mindset
• Basic SQL and scripting skills, you can build small tools to help yourself
• Deep understanding of the startup’s dynamics and challenges in order to understand its relevant data to focus on ;)
• Very good communication skills: you will interact with every key person of the company. This also requires project management skills (manage relationships with different people, collect needs, deliver and iterate, follow the projects after delivery, …).
