Descriptif du poste

You will act as the technical point of contact for clients and Forest Admin business teams (CS, Sales, etc.) to help deliver a fast and efficient resolution to technical issues or questions raised by customers during their onboarding and the life of their projects.

  • Managing and resolving support issues with a high degree of technical complexity.
  • Creating technical content to demonstrate best practices and how-to examples (e.g. sample apps, code snippets, documentation, videos, etc.)
  • If there are technical limitations in Forest Admin that can be addressed via code (e.g. a missing feature, bug fix, etc.), you are encouraged to build elegant technical solution based on our framework

Profil recherché

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years experience in a similar position ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • BS in an Engineering
  • Born problem solver
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent client contact skills, ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with tough customer situations
