You’ll work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Staff Engineers, and a highly collaborative dev team to build high-quality, scalable solutions with global impact.

💼 Your Responsibilities

  • Own and develop end-to-end features for the OpenCTI platform, from idea to production

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, user-focused experiences

  • Help scale the team and technical processes, mentor junior developers, and improve internal tooling

  • Contribute to the evolution of the OpenCTI tech stack (React, Node.js, GraphQL, Kubernetes)

  • Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews

  • Engage with the open-source community, respond to feedback, and contribute to the broader ecosystem

  • Work closely with EMs and Staff Engineers to make architectural and product decisions

🤝 Who You’ll Work With

  • You’ll report to the Engineering Manager for OpenCTI

  • You’ll collaborate with Staff Engineers, Product Owners, and fellow developers

  • You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Security teams

  • You’ll also engage with the broader open-source community and key external contributors

🧬 Profile We’re Looking For

  • 7–8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on fullstack development

  • Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js (or similar)

  • Experience building scalable, secure, and performant applications

  • Deep understanding of modern API design (REST/GraphQL), frontend architecture, and backend services

  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment

  • Product-oriented mindset: you care about UX, performance, and user impact

  • Strong communication and ownership skills

  • Bonus: experience with open-source contribution, cybersecurity tools, or GraphQL Relay
