We're looking for a hands-on Platform Engineering Manager to join our team and help drive the delivery of new features — while maintaining operational excellence and strong incident management.
In this role, you will directly manage a team of 4–5 senior platform engineers and collaborate closely with them on improving and evolving our bare-metal Kubernetes and Grafana-based observability stacks.
You'll also contribute technically to our infrastructure, monitoring, support, and provisioning activities, working as part of a 12-person platform engineering team.
This is a 50/50 split between technical contribution and team management — ideal for an experienced engineer looking to grow into leadership while staying deeply connected to the tech.
Own platform SLAs and ensure timely delivery of new features

Help define and maintain a culture of technical excellence and reliability
Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure product availability and performance
You will report to the VP of Platform Engineering and work closely with him and Platform Staff Engineers to shape the roadmap and drive team priorities
You will collaborate with other engineering leaders and product teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability
You will be part of a collaborative, non-siloed team of ~12–15 platform engineers
