The opportunity
We work on the most complex and high-profile global transactions, across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. Our professionals come from various industries, have real-life management experience and are serial transaction advisers. This enables us to bring a wealth of deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients, ranging from operational due diligence, carve-out or post-merger integration support and value creation plans.
Our offer of services is structured as follows:
Buy & Integrate: we provide buy-side assistance including synergy identification/assessment, post-merger integration strategy (PMI), target operating model design, day-1 readiness program definition and execution. We also conduct operational due diligence in order to assist buyers or sellers in the objective evaluation of historic and current operational performances, identify operational risks, assess value creation opportunities, and give investors confidence in the business plan feasibility
Sell & Separate: we conduct thorough divestment programs – ranging from due diligences to carve-out execution - by identifying separation complexities, establishing standalone scenarios, assessing separation costs and dysynergies and providing overall assistance in the execution of separation plans
We are looking to extend our fast-growing team in the Paris office with junior consultants, eager to initiate careers in an M&A environment, help serving demanding clients and support our growth ambition.
