Attached to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, from major industry fairs to our very own RailTech Summit, the highlight of our year.
You’ll help ensure our presence at industry fairs, exhibitions, and conferences runs smoothly.
Coordinate logistics (travel, hotels, stand materials)
Secure speaker slots and assist with presentation creation
Support booth organization and promotional materials
Ensure lead follow-up and post-event analysis
Join the core team organizing our flagship event:
Coordinate logistics (venue, catering, equipment)
Handle relationships with suppliers and partners
Invite and follow-up with participants
Propose and help implement creative ideas to make the event unforgettable
Assist with on-site coordination and post-event analysis
Contribute to planning and writing content for LinkedIn and our website
Help maintain and update our website (no coding required)
Assist in creating marketing materials (emails, one-pagers, blog posts, videos)
Participate in brainstorming and drafting of communication campaigns
Depending on your skills and interests, you might also help with:
Email marketing campaigns
PR outreach
CRM and contact list updates
Design briefs and collaboration with graphic designers
Bilingual in French and English
Solid marketing and business education, preparing a Master’s degree.
Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
You like juggling multiple tasks, are reactive, and adapt easily
You enjoy working with others and can maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, providers, and colleagues
A knack for coming up with original ideas…from booth activities to LinkedIn posts!
Curious about the B2B SaaS world and excited to work in a software company
Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, or any CMS is a plus :)
