We are looking for a curious and motivated apprentice to join our Channel Marketing team. As a Channel Marketing Assistant (Apprentice), you will support the execution of partner marketing programs across Europe and beyond.
Under the guidance of the Distribution and Channel Marketing Manager, you will help manage marketing tools, assist in campaign coordination and reporting, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, international B2B cybersecurity environment — and to gain hands-on experience in partner marketing, digital tools, and collaborative campaign management.
Key Responsabilités
As an apprentice, your role will involve supporting the following activities:
· Collaborate to continuously improve the partner portal experience and ensure ease of access to marketing resources.
· Support the use of Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), Partner Portal, and CRM tools
· Contribute to maintaining and updating marketing collateral in the partner portal and TCMA platform.
· Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing simple reports.
· Assist in coordinating partner marketing campaigns across email, banner, landing page, webinars, videos…
· Support content adaptation for different countries, partner types, and industries.
· Collect feedback on partner satisfaction
· Collaborate with the field marketing and partner teams to support partners' onboarding, co-branding requests, and MDF usage.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to support multiple projects simultaneously.
· Interest in marketing and a willingness to build knowledge of digital marketing principles.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Willingness to learn and use new marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva…
· Reliable and quality-driven.
· A team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
