ERS - Ecosystem Restoration Standard

The Tech team meets three times per week with every member. They determine the goals of their sprints that last two weeks. During the beginning of their meetings, they share both their signs of progress and the potential challenges they are facing to collectively and collaboratively find solutions and set new strategies. 

Each member meets with their manager once a week or bi-monthly to review their missions, and tasks and provide feedback. Every quarter, a review takes place to look at progress made against goals, assess performance, and leverage lessons learned.

The recruitment process starts with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager upon review of profiles.

Then selected candidates complete a technical test. A debrief is then organized with the hiring manager.

Final candidates then go through an interview circuit to deep diver into the heart of our organisation and meet with our Founders.
