The role

As our apps portofolio is growing, we need to strengthen our Product Management team with a new member. Managing specific products is only part of the job, we are looking for a team player that will work closely with all departments at Elements, from the Product team to Marketing, Engineering, and Support.

Key responsibilities

As a member of the Product Management team, you role will be to help define and align the global strategy of the products within your scope. You will contribute in building your products’ roadmaps, taking into account the trends and needs you will gather through strong customer relationships and a deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.

As a key member of your Scrum team, your day-to-day missions will be to:

  • define your product backlog, keeping it priorized

  • refine your stories so they can be tackled by developers

  • create prototypes and UX mockups

  • ensure your product quality through careful test plans and acceptance criteria

  • keep your product documentation up-to-date

As the person responsible for the customer satisfaction of your product, you will:

  • need to understand our customers’ pain points and how our apps can help

  • conduct customer interviews and user tests

  • gather user feedbacks through the Atlassian community or support tickets

  • define and measure your product analytics

As your role also demands a marketing dimension, you will:

  • work with Product Marketing Managers on various projects

  • regularly attend live marketing events

  • provide demos of our products

  • keep an eye on our competitors and share your learnings with the team

Profil recherché

What you need to be successful

You have a five years degree in computer science and/or marketing, but a double degree would be useful.

You worked for at least two years in Product Management and have proven your ability to create product strategies. You have a solid knowledge of data analysis and sales techniques.

Communication

  • You have great oral and written communication skills.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You love collaborating, remotely or in person.

Technical

  • You are familiar with Product Design principles and tools such as Figma.

  • You know how to query databases and REST APIs.

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence would be a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Step 1 - Motivational and personality interview with our Head of Product. We’ll talk about your experience, your expectations, and the job’s missions and challenges.

  • Step 2 - Technical interview with our Head of Product based on a short assessment

  • Step 3 - Overall interview with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This is the final step in confirming your arrival at Elements!

📌 To support you as soon as you arrive, we’ve created an onboarding plan to help you feel at home and integrate into our teams from day one. We see the first 90 days as a period of learning, discovery and relationship-building. The aim is to make you feel comfortable, informed and confident right from the start of your journey at Elements.
