Prior to joining EasyMile, Benoit was with Alstom, the world leader of rail transportation in charge of global marketing and product strategy. Benoit has an MS in Computer Engineering from University of Illinois-UC, USA and a MBA from IMD, Switzerland. Benoit has worked with McKinsey & Co. and with Gemalto. Benoit is passionate about bringing new technology to market and building the future of mobility. In his spare time, he loves hiking and skiing...
Arnaud started his career at Bureau Veritas in 2008, where he held a number of positions over the years, RAMS consultant, Team Leader and Bid Manager, in Paris, and then, Senior Risk and Safety consultant in London. In 2016, he joined the Transport Systems Catapult and worked as a senior safety technologist on multiple projects in the Automated Transport Systems business unit.
He joined EasyMile in Toulouse in 2017, where he manages the growth of the Safety-Critical Embedded System team and participates in the definition of safety functions and mechanisms dedicated to autonomous driving systems.
He also worked at defining and formalizing EasyMile's Quality Management System, leading to an ISO 9001 Certification in April 2019.
Paul joined EasyMile when we were 6 employees strong. Quite a lot has happened since then ! In those early years versatility was paramount for our developers and Paul is no exception.
His generalist engineering background was ready for this challenge, honed at Supaéro high school in Toulouse. His additional specialization in data processing and experience with lidars led him to focus his work on obstacle detection and implementation of navigation behavior related to obstacles.
Over time and after 3 relocations of the company for larger office space, his interest over collision avoidance algorithms became a specialty, altogether with integration of both the software and the new joiners. He is now part of the Navigation team, although he still dips in Perception and works on Feedback From the Field. He can be found in the different racket sport clubs in EasyMile and is passionate about cooking, especially desserts.
Charleine knows all about mechatronics having graduated from ENSIL engineering school with a specialization in it. She left school with a burning desire to discover new technologies and contribute to the development of autonomous vehicles. She met her match in EasyMile who she has been with from the beginning, joining just before the first EZ10 was born. During her first two years, Charleine helped deploy the EZ10 around the world: Switzerland, Norway, Japan… also training customers and partners on it. Then, she joined the Tests and Validation team working on product validation and continuous improvement. Today Charleine specializes in the validation of certain EasyMile products: EZ Drive, EZ Fleet, associated tools and data. She plays basketball with colleagues and especially enjoys cooking desserts.
Cedric holds an engineering Mécatronics degree from the French Technology University of Compiègne. After a stint at Fives and Cedrat Technologies, Cedric joined EasyMile in 2016 as deployment engineer and has since supported clients all over the world for EZ10. Cedric is passionate about martial art and practices Bō Staff on a regular basis and writes poetry in his spare time.

Before becoming a part of the EasyMile adventure, Céline worked in transport and logistics as well as oil and gas technologies.
She joined the team in 2017, establishing sales administration for the company. Today Céline this for its entities around the world.Céline is particularly motivated by the dynamism of the teams and spirit of innovation at EasyMile.Outside of work, she has been practicing theater for several years. But what she loves above all is nature: getaways to the mountains or the ocean and being around plants and flowers.
