The words that immediately come to mind when defining the job are: ambition, dynamism, relational intelligence, autonomy and creativity. Our solution is rich and reaching proficiency takes time. Prospecting and contacting our future clients requires comprehension, flexibility, methodical thinking and good negotiation skills. There is no daily routine.

As a Sales Executive, you will join the Sales division and you will work in collaboration with René, Country Lead - Germany and Yves - Chief of Sales and Marketing - France.

Your missions:

- You will acquire, support our customers in the DACH region with regard to our digitalization solutions in the area of telecommunications / contact center

- You will do continuous market observation and preparation of demand and order forecasts

- You will carry out market, customer and competition analyses

- You will define, implement and follow-up targeted sales and marketing activities for our solutions

- You will participate in trade fairs and events

- Because sharing is caring, we expect you to share your knowledge with your team!

You show off the following skills:

- Successfully completed studies or corresponding training, ideally with a focus on business administration or engineering or in the field of business information systems

- At least 3 years of practical / user experience in the area of customer service / contact center

- Experience in sales of SaaS solutions desirable

- High customer orientation as well as the ability to understand and evaluate customer requirements

- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment

· You are curious and autonomous

· You have an excellent oral and written communication skills in English
