SALES ASSOCIATE

MISSIONS

  • To ensure excellent customer service is always provided
  • To meet and exceed management set sales targets
  • To "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
  • Solicit & understand customer feedback to understand their needs & the needs of the local community
  • Be willing to consistently complement / update knowledge about products / technology
  • To build productive and trusting relationships with Clients
  • To continuously build product knowledge including new product developments
  • To actively seek out Clients in store
  • To up sell products
  • To be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors
  • Ensure interior and exterior of store is kept to company standards
  • Educate or assist customers on set up and carry out occasional installations
PROFILE
  • Proactive, positive attitudes and passionate in developing career in retail industry
  • Proven track record working as Sales Associate
  • Good team player, energetic and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Native Japanese and basic English
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment
  • Interest in Audio Industry and music would be an advantage
