We are now hiring an Onsite Learning & Event Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible.
The Onsite Learning & Event Coordinator supports the delivery of an outstanding experience for learners, using established tools and procedures in our new Paris facility.

Role description:


• Manages the logistical onsite coordination of programmes and events with support and guidance from one or more Learning Delivery Managers.
• Works with the Event & Experience Manager and Facilities teams to coordinate the scheduling and preparation of facility spaces for planned events.
• Ensures the correct execution of logistics and set-up of programmes and events, including delivery materials, audio visual requirements, maintaining a close relationship with the AV Specialist in Brand & Experience.
• Supports the Learning Delivery Managers and Event organisers with the logistics for the opening and closing of programmes.
• Acts as the central onsite participant liaison and point of contact for queries and support.
• Manages onsite learning programme and event material storage.
• Adheres to DU EMEA programme processes and tools.
• Tracks and records programme and event deliveries in a centralised location.
• Tracks programme standards and provides valuable feedback on existing delivery standards, processes and tools.
• Liaison between Deloitte Event organiser and scheduling, registration, DU operations and vendors & operators.
• Understand and interpret event objectives and navigate through the event requirements with strict adherence to processes.
• Serve as single point of contact for both the Event organiser and Learning Delivery Manager.

Skills:
• Previous experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience required working in event coordination or planning preferable.
• Manages operations to ensure seamless delivery of learning experiences.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively source and manage external vendors and contractors to drive business objectives.
• Monitoring tasks from start to finish, including proactive decision making to accommodate successful task completion.
• Effective cost control, risk mitigation, service excellence and maintenance in order to gain increased value and quality from vendors.
