Join Inpulse and drive our UK expansion!

We’re a Paris-based SaaS company, founded in 2018, transforming how restaurant chains manage their inventory and supply chain with AI. Our solution helps multi-site brands (150+ locations) optimize stock, reduce waste, and increase margins through automated sales forecasting and smart purchasing recommendations.

In France, we’re the market leader, and since last year, we’ve been growing at 60%—a pace we aim to maintain in 2025. Our team has grown to 40 people, and now we’re expanding into the UK—our top priority for 2025, with massive growth potential (twice the size of France!). To lead this expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Executive based in London or Paris to drive new business and establish Inpulse as the go-to solution for restaurant groups.

Job description :

This is a first sales role in the UK, where Inpulse is still unknown in the market. We’re looking for a true hunter, someone who thrives on prospecting, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and can turn cold leads into our first customers.

Team :

The Sales team consists of four members who work on the French market and one on the UK market in London. The team works closely with the Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments based in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the full sales cycle (2 to 3 months - average basket size : 20/25K€ of ARR), from initial prospecting to contract signing.

Sales :

  • Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy, using personalized and relevant outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate and qualify leads.

  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans, structured pitches, and customized presentation materials.

  • Depending on the scenario, employ either a Bottom-Up (starting with franchisees and moving to headquarters) or Top-Down approach.

  • Once a deal is signed with the headquarters, oversee the deployment across the network, ensuring seamless coordination with Customer Success, partner integration, and clients.

Client Relations and Ecosystem:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers (3 to 5 stakeholders per deal: CFOs, COOs, CEOs, Presidents, Purchasing Directors, Franchisees).

  • Build lasting relationships and represent Inpulse at partner events and trade shows to foster connections.

  • Collaborate with our Partnership Manager to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners, like POS systems and accounting software providers, to exchange leads and foster partnerships.

Market Exploration and Adaptation:

  • Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly.

  • Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement necessary product evolutions to meet the specific needs of the UK market.


Profil recherché

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience on the UK market.

  • A strong track record in complex sales (enterprise, multiple stakeholders, strategic solutions).

  • Solid mastery of sales techniques across the full cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Results-driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding your annual targets (min £300k).

  • Based in London or Paris


Déroulement des entretiens

  • HR Prequalification Interview with Eve, HR Manager (10-20 min - Phone call) : An initial conversation to ensure your career goals align with the role and Inpulse’s environment.

  • Motivation & Skills Interview with Laure Expansion & Partnerships Manager and Eve (Video call) : A deeper discussion about your motivation and understanding of the key skills required for the role. We’ll talk about the skills you consider essential and how you’ve demonstrated them in your past experiences.

  • Test + Interview with Brice (CEO) (On-site) : A test followed by an interview with Brice, Inpulse’s CEO and your future manager.

  • Interview with Valentin & Head of CS (On-site) : A final discussion with Valentin, Founders and CTO and Florent, the Head of CS to assess team fit and role expectations.
