Within the Rubber & Elastomers Process, you will be responsible for the evaluation of regenerated materials obtained from the recycling of our sports products and associated recycling technologies. In our way to reach higher content of preferred raw materials, the quality level and requirements of those new feedstocks need to be deeply defined in order to be implemented in our offer. 

We are targeting the introduction of those regenerated materials into new rubber, foam and thermoplastic-elastomers covering the needs of footwear, bikes, other industrial communities and, in a lower priority, into external applications serving the global environmental footprint decrease on all the scopes.

As material engineer on Rubber & Elastomers perimeter, you design and develop components and technical solutions that are appealing, exclusive and sustainable, and that fulfill the needs of customers and users of our sports products. You ensure the right balance between value for money, environmental impact, timeframes & freedom-to-operate for each component in your catalog.

Engineer with Chemical / Material academic background, you have at least 3 year experience in rubber/elastomer/plastic material development with significant success in project management and building successful relationship with technical external partners

You are able to manage several projects simultaneously (priorities / follow-up / debrief / communication) and demonstrate good human relationships to work closely with several actors internally / externally. You have a real creativity mindset with a willingness to explore & experiment

You have a correct level of English which allows you to work with international teams
