Alongside the talent & development project and the procurement community, come and help up to shape the future of our procurement skills!

From fundamental to expert level, we need you to create the upskilling program of our tomorrow skills and be recognized as a center of excellence!

Define a skill that meets strategic & operational needs.

  • Identify and engage with all stakeholders involved in the competency to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competency process

  • Define the competency with stakeholders for each job/role within the domain (Process & production)

  • Ensure that the competency addresses strategic and operational challenges

  • Anticipate internal/external disruptions and upcoming technological, organizational, or societal changes to evolve the competency

  • Define competency evaluation criteria for each impacted job role

Define, build, or contribute to processes, standards, and tools to address the skill.

  • Build or contribute to processes and ensure their updates, ensure their performance and anticipate their evolution.

  • Document, update, and make accessible each process standard.

  • Identify and co-build digital/physical functionalities/solutions that meet the processes.

  • Act as the interface between operational needs and solution actors to ensure the definition of business requirements.

  • Validate solutions from an operational perspective to ensure they meet business requirements.

Deploy and ensure the animation of processes/standards to act on the skill.

  • Define solutions and training paths on the processes related to the competency for teammates and managers, in process (Purchase leader & strategic buyer) and production (Purchase zone manager, PTM, OPM & PL).

  • Establish the network of referents per zone to deploy the competency locally.

  • Exchange with those networks to ensure the relevance of deliverables, consider their needs and best practices.

  • Train, keep up-to-date, and validate the referent network on the skills you manage.

  • Drive changes in skills & support your communities in these changes.

  • Animate the competency level and monitor teammates' operational performance on the processes to implement action plans.

  • Implement process animation to ensure their sustainable performance.

Monitor the skill levels of team mates in the skill in order to identify risks and the necessary action plans.

  • Ensure that skills assessment processes are put in place.

  • Identify the expected skill level targets for each job level.

  • Lead the assessment rate of team-mates in the domain.

  • Identify risks to key skill levels per job and support the implementation and monitoring of action plans.

Act on projects requiring competency.

  • Identify and integrate into one's network, actors likely to need the competency for their projects.

  • Incorporate projects requiring the competency to convey the impact perspective.

  • Contribute to tasks dependent on competency.

  • Build solutions based on one's competency.

  • Deploy solutions based on one's competency and monitor operational performance.


Profil recherché

Professional background:

  • Having min 3 years experience in production on procurement topics, or in process (position of industrial buyer, strategic buyer, CPM or skill leader.

  • Be recognized as a referent or an expert for one or more skills in procurement branch (Negotiation, Supplier relationship management, Costing and  / or  sourcing).

  • English: Min B2
