MISSION :
In direct contribution to our purpose: “Move People to the wonders of sport”, you’ll be part of our international “ Talent & development” Project and will be Responsible for the Marketing domain of expertise by:
Leading the evolution of Marketing jobs to match strategic and operational requirements.
Ensuring efficiency, excellence, and a high level of performance of our teammates by promoting a sustained development of their skills.
Driving the continuous updating of our teammates’ skills to address and anticipate constant changes in the Marketing domain
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and drive the strategic vision and business project of the Marketing domain jobs in connection with the Communication and Marketing Branch's ambition.
Ensure the update of the various jobs (catalog of jobs, job description and responsibilities…) in the domain to respond to strategic, operational, and digital evolutions.
Ensure that all teammates working in the “Marketing branch” have the right solutions (process tools) allowing them to manage their responsibilities.
Ensure that our teammates have development plans that allow them to quickly improve their skills and be regularly up-to-date.
Manage the skills’ evaluation of the domain's teammates to identify risks and necessary action plans
Develop, motivate, and take care of our human capital (recruitment and management of domain’s “job leaders” and “skill leaders”).
