As a Sales Enablement Content Strategist at Dataiku, you will be accountable for ensuring Sales Engineers have the content & knowledge to inspire a passion for enterprise AI across our buyers and customers. You will work with teams such as Technical Alliances, Product Marketing, and Technical Enablement to curate content and knowledge for distribution to the field while making sure it is centralized and accessible in the sales enablement platform.  

Where necessary, you will identify gaps, work with subject matter experts to bring the deliverable to life (whether it’s a slide deck, a playbook, talking points, a curated library of existing demos, or something else), while ensuring that it is on brand and that the messaging is memorable. You will be accountable for all related activities; i.e., scoping and identifying needs, finding relevant subject matter experts, project managing the deliverable, ensuring awareness and understanding among the Sales Engineering team etc. 

You will suit this role if you have a degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience), a few years of work experience, and are looking to work in the data science, ML and AI industry. You will be someone who loves to learn and wants to upskill themselves on Dataiku DSS and the wider data science and machine learning ecosystem. An interest in developing skills around ideation, production, editing, and storytelling is a plus!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the onboardings of technical teams into the sales enablement platform, ensuring their content & knowledge is centralized and accessible
  • Audit technical content & information in the sales enablement platform to optimize and improve it 
  • Curate and centralize the most important information for technical field teams in a monthly newsletter, including managing contributions from multiple departments, copywriting etc. 
  • Become an expert in what content and information Sales Engineers needs
  • Work with technical subject matter experts to create deliverables for use by Sales Engineers such as talking points, playbooks, a curated library of existing demos etc. 
  • Autonomously drive forward at a fast pace while demonstrating diplomacy and cross-functional collaboration
  • Extensive work in Google Slides, GetGuru, along with an active imagination!
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
  • The ability to understand and translate technical concepts simply while connecting them to business value 
  • At least two years of work experience that includes project management, stakeholder management, and/or cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • English natively and idiomatically (other languages nice to have)
  • Curiosity and ability to learn about Dataiku DSS and the wider data science and machine learning ecosystem
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in data science, analytics, ML, and/or AI or an educational background in computer science, data science, and/or advanced analytics
  • Comfortable autonomously managing a large body of work with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Google Slides and content management will be a plus
  • Experience in a client-facing role or enabling sales teams
  • Experience in copywriting and/or storytelling
  • Experience working with international teams and across geographical boundaries a plus
