Descriptif du poste

Dailymotion Advertising is seeking a Senior Sales Marketing Manager to strengthen our Sales Enablement team and support our sales teams across EMEA and beyond. Reporting to the Global Marketing Department, this role plays a pivotal part in building go-to-market strategies, providing sales teams with impactful materials, and ensuring consistency in commercial narratives across regions. You will act as the key point of contact for EMEA sales teams, translating business priorities into actionable and effective marketing activations.

Responsibilities

Sales Marketing Support – Global & EMEA

  • Develop, structure, and regularly update the full suite of sales enablement tools (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive benchmarks, objection handlers, etc.) to support every stage of sales cycles.
  • Ensure consistent adoption and use of these materials across regions, with a particular focus on EMEA through training sessions and performance tracking.
  • Support new product and solutions launches with tailored sales kits and ready-to-use narratives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Insights, Studio, and Product Marketing teams to translate product features and market trends into compelling, actionable value propositions.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercial Offers

  • Lead go-to-market rollouts, acting as a bridge between central marketing and local sales needs for each new product or offer.
  • Design industry-specific or use-case-based advertising packages (Retail, Finance, Travel, Automotive, etc.) to help sales tailor their client approach.
  • Collect feedback to iterate and improve sales materials on an ongoing basis

Profil recherché

  • 5 years experience in Sales Enablement, Solution Marketing, or Offer Marketing (experience in AdTech, Media, or Tech sectors preferred).
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote) and strong understanding of sales methodologies (narrative structure, pitch strategy, objection handling, client-centric benefits).
  • Excellent writing skills in English; fluency in French is a plus.
  • Structured thinker with strong business acumen and an ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Self-driven, meticulous, and passionate about tech-driven environments (AdTech and AI).
