Our Product & Engineering organization = 55 passionate people, in 12 specialized teams.

Every day, our customer’s providers, subsidiaries, and employees create digital instances to make their business thrive. And they are not aware of it. These instances are the best way to attack an organization. Our Asset Discovery and Monitoring solution detects these vulnerable assets outside of corporate networks and protects them. As Lead Product Manager on this product, you will help protect more organizations.

In collaboration with the Engineering team, your role will be to build the product roadmap, manage the development cycle, validate the implementation of the improvements and hire one or two product managers in your team.

You will be participating in the global strategy of CybelAngel Product Vision as well as on our customers and partenaires returns. The goal is our product brings the best solutions.

Attached to our Product Director, the Lead Product Manager explores opportunities, designs specifications for the Product, builds prototypes to convey his vision and assists the teams in delivery.

Your responsibilities:
1/ Be an individual contributor:
Discover market and customer opportunities:

  • Work with Product Marketing and Customer-facing teams to identify problems and opportunities to achieve your Product Goal
  • Lead research plans with users and incorporates output into the roadmap.
  • Develops an understanding of the customer, data, business, and industry to prioritize the most impactful projects.
  • Communicate these learnings to everyone sharing your Product Goal.

Define product functional specifications:

  • Collaborate with Engineering team and Product Designer to design the best solution in terms of impact, effort and any other constraints that may exist
  • Share functional specifications and useful wireframes

Track and measure product development:

  • Prioritize roadmap elements and coordinate development with the Engineering teams
  • Test and validate impact of new features
  • Tracks key success metrics of your own Product goal

2/ Multiply your impact by shaping a team

  • Hire and manage a team of Product Managers
  • Organize their scopes and help them prioritize impactful features
  • Coach them to become their best self

3/ Be a leader in collaboration

  • Drive collaboration within your team, the Product team and with Engineering and Design
  • External collaboration within the organization
  • Be the voice of the Product outside of the organization
  • Be responsible of Asset Discovery and Monitoring, a strong pillar of our offer
  • Educate team members on product methodologies
  • Contribute to the Product’s vision and strategy

  • Optionally hire and manage a team of Product Managers
  • Manage tasks and prioritize autonomously
  • Participate in the team’s life and have fun!

Profil recherché

Your preferred experience:

  • 5 years experiences in Product-driven teams on deep-tech SaaS products
  • Cybersecurity or Big Data knowledge
  • Rigor, curiosity and strength of proposal
  • Sense of organization and acute prioritization
  • Attraction for well-designed, well-finished, detail-oriented products

Your bonus skills

  • Already managed a team of Junior Product Managers
  • Passionate about User Experience and a sensitivity for web design product and API
